This Tiny Home is built with quality materials! It is on wheels, with twin 7000 lb. axles (which can be removed and resold) and a custom-fabricated steel frame (designed and built by journeyman welder/fabricator). Plywood sheathing only - no OSB. Steel roof (50 yr warranty). All new (12) ACAN vinyl windows and a full glass front door provides a wealth of light and cross breeze! The wall framing is intended for closed-cell spray-foam insulation (to maximize r-value). Spruce clapboard siding is treated with traditional Japanese weatherproofing method (shou sugi ban). Vented mini-attic space to allow for proper air-flow.

This Tiny Home can remain on wheels which allows for the option to relocate or it can be permanently situated on a structured base. It is on the larger side of the tiny house spectrum and drop axels allow maximum interior head-space. It can be towed by a Ford F-250 or equivalent 3/4 tonne truck. It is licensed until April 2025 and can easily be added to an auto insurance policy!
