Entex 1:16 scale 1915 Ford Model T Truck Model Kit

MODEL Kit, Despite the failure of the original cellophane on part the box,
I am calling this an "unopened model".
The top of the box has never been lifted from the bottom portion!

Best guess on the date is mid to late 1980's.
(I can't track it down online more specifically than that)
